Our Guarantee

We want you to leave Brava happy.
And if something doesn't go as it should, we genuinely want to know so we can fix it.

Here's exactly how it works:

What we cover

Shellac: If your Shellac lifts or chips within 4 days of your appointment, just let us know and come back in. We'll fix it for free, no stress.

Builder Gel / BIAB: Same thing. If something lifts or chips within 5 days, we've got you. Come in and we'll sort it out.

Gel X Extensions: If a tip breaks within 5 days of your appointment, bring it in and we'll fix it. This applies if we did your full set here at Brava.

Infill: If your nails lift or break within 5 days of your infill, we cover it. Same rule: only for the work we did at Brava.

Something clearly went wrong: Colour fading too fast, uneven coverage, a spot we missed. If it's on us, we fix it. No questions, no drama. That's a promise.

What we don't cover

Regular polish: Polish chips easily and that's just the nature of it. We're always upfront about this before the service. No guarantee on regular polish, but we'll always do our best work.

Damage after leaving the salon: Cleaning products, a knock, picking at a lifting edge… these are things that happen outside the studio and outside our control.

Work done by another salon: We only guarantee what we do at Brava. If your previous set was done elsewhere, we're happy to help but we can't cover it under our guarantee.

Colour changes after the service: During your appointment we always check with you and ask if you're happy. If you love your nails when you leave and change your mind about the colour later, that's a new service. We'd love to book you in for it though.

One small but important thing

When we fix something, we work with the same colour you came in with. The only exception is if fixing the issue genuinely requires a full removal. In that case we'll always talk it through with you first.
